Air Conditioning Guide

Stay cool comfortably. The property uses separate systems for the Living Area and Bedroom.

[!CAUTION] Seasonal Settings: The AC is Turned OFF in Winter. If you try to use it during ski season, it will not work.

Control: Wall-mounted controller


Note: Has separate Heat vs AC controls

Operating Instructions

Living Area (Remote Control)

1. Power

Press the On/Off button on the remote. Point it at the unit.

2. Mode

Press Mode until you see the snowflake icon (Cool).

3. Temp

Use Arrows to adjust.
Ideal: 72-74°F

Bedroom Controller Warning

[!WARNING] Check the Controller Label! The bedroom wall has multiple controllers. Look for the one explicitly labeled for AC (Air Conditioning). Do not confuse it with the heating thermostat.

  • Fan: High
  • Run for max 30 mins

  • Temp: 74°F
  • Fan: Low/Quiet
  • Vanes pointed away from bed

Remote Guide

Troubleshooting

Not Cooling?

  • Check if mode is set to Cool (❄️) and not just Fan.
  • Ensure windows and doors are closed.
  • Wait 5-10 minutes for the compressor to kick in.

Remote not working?

  • Point directly at the unit (it needs line-of-sight).
  • Check if batteries need replacement.
