Connect to the internet and troubleshoot connectivity issues
WiFi Connection Guide
Stay connected during your stay with our high-speed internet. We provide a primary network for general use and a backup network just in case.
Network Credentials
Primary Network
FH450Aspen123Fastest speeds. Best for streaming (Netflix, Apple TV) and video calls.
Backup Network
Faushing Hausinternet1Use this only if the primary network is unavailable.
How to Connect
Mobile Devices
- Open Settings > Wi-Fi
- Select FH450
- Enter password: Aspen123
- Tap Join or Connect
Laptops
- Click the WiFi icon in your menu bar
- Select FH450
- Enter password: Aspen123
- Click Connect
[!TIP] Pro Tip: The password is case-sensitive. Make sure to capitalize the “A” in Aspen123.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues, please try the following steps in order.
1 Check Your Device
- Ensure WiFi is turned on.
- Forget the network and try reconnecting.
- Restart your device.
2 Reboot the Router
The router is located in the living room, in the lower cabinet to the right of the TV.
- Unplug the router from power.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Plug it back in.
- Wait 2 minutes for lights to stabilize.
3 Use Backup Network
If FH450 is down, connect to Faushing Haus (Password: internet1).
